We encounter the tradition words frequently in the charters of Eadgar’s time. They
originate from Eadgar A.

The contents of the disposal form are similar to those of Eadmund C (Type I), also the
Pertinence.

The freely styled Immunity clause is thus unencumbered.

The Sanction brings back the “Iuda proditor”, also found in Ae. A.

non…emendaverit…quod contra nostrum deliquid decretum.”
(In the later charters this becomes “deliquit”.)
The boundary clause is completely new.

The boundary clause retains the old introduction.
