the incident. Report all DUI/DWI offenses to member's reporting<br />
senior. Submit proper documentation in officer and enlisted<br />

(GI Enforce underage drinking prohibition statutes by<br />
;trier comp?lance with reference (I), which requires<br />
installations to adhere to minimum age requirements (for the<br />
sale, purchase, possession, and/or consumption of alcoholic<br />
beverages) which conform to laws of the local jurisdiction,<br />

(51 Ensure close coordination with Federal and local law<br />

Unic Commanders, Commanding Officers, and OICs shall:<br />
(1 Create a command environment intolerant to alcohol<br />
abuse. One area of concern is underage drinking. This is a<br />
challenge unique unto itself as the offenders are violating the<br />
Law and the individual providing the alcohol to an underage<br />
Sailor is breaking the law. In all cases, holding both the<br />
~nderage vlolator and the individual providing the alcohol<br />
accountable is imperative to establishing and maintaining a<br />
~ommand environment intolerant to alcohol abuse.<br />
i; Create an all-hands command environment that is<br />
intolerant of alcohol abuse and underage drinking. To the<br />
fullest extent possible, hold those individuals who choose to<br />
abuse alcohol, drink alcohol while underage, or purchase alcohol<br />
for underage Sailors, accountable for their irresponsible<br />
~ctions.<br />
