3 . Pre-service Use of Drugs<br />

?ontlnue ab,~se shall not be permitted to enter the <strong>Navy</strong>.<br />
3ecruitinc~ procedures shall include positive measures to<br />
identify and screen out drug abusers at point of application for<br />
zn~lstment appointment, or commission. Any applicant for <strong>Navy</strong><br />
,vno has a positive urinalysis during the application process for<br />
my branci- of service at a military entrance processing station<br />
shall be permanently disqualified for enlistment eligibility.<br />
k. 41dLdelines for Acceptance. ~espite pre-service drug<br />
