(31 Commands shall conduct urinalysis on all newly<br />
rzported personnel within 72 hours of arrival using the unit<br />
sweep (13) premise.<br />
Commands are required to review all personnel<br />

-ested, minimizes the opportunity for cheating or gaming the<br />
lrlnalysis syszem, while maximizing the deterrent effect by<br />
ceepiny test days unpredictable. Use of NDSP is mandatory.<br />
. Critl~di Elements to an Effective Drug-Testing Program.<br />
Although there are many facets of an effective drug-testing<br />
urogram, there are four critical elements required to ensure a<br />
.;uccessf~~L program. If any one of these elements is missing the<br />

~tlannounced. To be effective, commands must check NDSP each day<br />
