(11 Educate, train, and motivate subordinates to create<br />
qroup-peer pressure that rejects substance abuse and reinforces,<br />
both 3n and off-duty, positive individual and social activity.<br />

~fiense 9y c - l l ~ i l authority (i.e., DUI/DWI, public intoxication,<br />
lisorderly c-onduct), shall promptly notify their commanding<br />

- Feporting known or suspected incidents of drug abuse<br />
Tr attempts hy <strong>Navy</strong> personnel to conceal drug use by employing<br />
-nethods zo defeat urinalysis, or drug trafficking to their<br />
.rnrnediate supervisor, commanding officer, command security<br />
nanager, base police, Master-at-Arms (MAA), or local<br />
NAVCRIMIWSTIC office. Members having information of an offense<br />
:ornrnitted by a person in the naval service, including a drug<br />
~ffense, are required by U.S. <strong>Navy</strong> Regulations to report such an<br />
~ffense, Failure to do so constitutes an offense punishable<br />
inder reference (b), article 92.<br />
