$3. ShLp urine specimens in the (12 bottle) shipping<br />

-ontairler. UPC shall pack specimens for shipment as follows:<br />

Use two types of waterproof containers. The first<br />

~7aterprool rontainer can be one of two types available for the<br />

~nterior: d single specimen bag (plastic) or the large 12-<br />

specimen bay (plastic), use of 12-specimen bag is preferred.<br />

The second waterproof container is the waterproof mailing pouch<br />

'or the exterior.<br />

(a) UPC shall check each bottle cap for tightness.<br />
