;peed, lass of control of vehicle, reckless driving, or driving<br />

,z) Fights, assaults, disorderly conduct, disrespect<br />

id) Bizarre, unusual, or irregular behavior.<br />
I .?) Alcohol treatment.<br />
i- brlshap Investigation Tests (AO) . A commanding<br />
iftlcer or Lnvestigating officer may order urinalysis in<br />
.onnectlor, VJI th any formally convened mishap or safety<br />
-nvestlgatLoR. Results of positive tests may not be used for<br />
9un1+iv~ ac-ion against the member providing the results were<br />
:onfirmed by commanding officer/medical officer. Results of<br />

I Medical Examination (MO) . Medical department<br />
personnel ,shall assist with a competence for duty examination in<br />
conformance with policies per reference (v) or in connection<br />
dith any atper medical examination. This category of medical<br />
personnel for medical diagnostic purposes as defined in<br />
paragrapk 3 ~ 4 of ) this enclosure, or urinalysis conducted as a<br />
sezrch and seizure.<br />
3. Service-Directed. The following categories of inspections<br />
snail be conducted per this instruction:<br />
. Treatment Facility Clients (RO). Military members who<br />
dr? attending treatment at a SARP facility shall undergo<br />
urinalysis 3s a deterrent to their use of drugs. Testing of<br />

L. Brly Prisoners/Detainees (00). Testing is mandatory for<br />
