TULIP [TYuL’PAN][ii] has in<strong>for</strong>med [us]: "ESTRINA[iii]<br />

often sees GNAT [KOMAR][iv], who is dictating his book to her.<br />

He consults DALIN[v] and DON-LEVIN[vi] [C% privately]. So far<br />

the biographical part of the book has been composed. G.[K.][vii]<br />

is hurrying with the book, being afraid that he may not manage to<br />

finish it. G. was a member of the BUKhARIN opposition, but the<br />

book will not [B% say] so. G.’s family with the exception of<br />

his wife was always anti-soviet in temper. G. is well in<strong>for</strong>med<br />

about the KRIVITsKIJ case.<br />
