and also with the conduct of the captain of the tanker "TAGANROG",
ZAJTsEV. The letter is signed [1 group unrecovered] chairman of
the ship's committee [PREDSUDOKOM] of the tanker, Anatolij DOZhENKO

Comment: [i] "RUSSKIJ GOLOS" is a Russian emigré newspaper
published in NEW YORK.
