1. In view of the fact that after MAKSIM's[i] departure we
shall be deprived of liaison with the STORE [MAGAZIN][ii] and also
of the [C% COMBINE's] [C% KOMBINAT[AT]][iii] system of liaison with
us for processing [OFORMLENIE] members of the TEN [DESYaTKA] in
CARTHAGE [KARFAGEN][iv] and BABYLON[VAVILON][v] in accordance with your
instructions please sanction personal liaison between ANTON and the
master [KhOZYaIN][vi] of the STORE [MAGAZIN][ii].
2. MAKSIM[i] proposes to utilise TEACHER [UChITEL'NITsA][a]
for technical liaison with MAYOR [MER]. If you object [3 groups
unrecovered] [C% NELLY [NELLI]] from DECREE [DEKRET][vii] to meet
MAYOR [MER] meetings with him not [1 group unrecovered] through
SERGEJ's wife[viii] or LINA[ix]. [b] Telegraph your decision.
