Neither of the two earlier references to<br />

GRIMM (NEW YORK's external serial nos.626<br />

and 824 of 5th May and 13th June 1944 -<br />

S/NBF/T86 and XY-3.08) throw any light on<br />

the reason <strong>for</strong> the arrangements being made<br />

in this message.<br />
