again whether they can be transmitted on films through DICK [DIK] [iii]
( we have no other possibilities ); is one to ask your sanction in
each case? ALBERT emphasises that the FELLOW COUNTRYMAN [iv]
probationers [STAZhERY ZEMLYaKI] insist on the transmission of
materials to HELMSMAN without delays. He expresses the fear that
