with eneral proglems of safet education. Strong emphasis is given to the place<br />

of ratty education in the pubEc schools. Considerable time is devoted to a plan<br />

of safety instruction in the element junior, and senior high school. Prerequf-<br />

site: Twelve semester hours of ~ea% and Physical Education or permission of<br />

the chairman of the department.<br />
