Exemption of Ex-Service Men<br />

Men and women who are classified as<br />

residcnts of Tcnas for educational purposes<br />

and who served in the Armed Forces in<br />

World War I. World War 11, the Korean<br />

conflict, or in certain of the auxiliary<br />

services, and were honorably dischzrgrd<br />

therefrom (except those who wcre dis-<br />

charged because of being over the agt.<br />

ted Statrs Government, are exempted from<br />

Student Actioity Fee - There is a Student<br />

~ctivity Fee of $15.00 for the Fall<br />

Semester and $10.00 for the Spring Semester<br />

of the Long Session. During the Fall<br />

Semestcr registration, the fee may hc paid<br />

far both semesters for the reduced price<br />

of $aa.oo. During the Summer Session the<br />

fee is $3.00 per term.<br />

The fee entitles the stdent to the following:<br />

admission to all athletic events<br />

admission to all social activities sponsored<br />

by the Student Association; admission to<br />

artist programs; hospitalization: The Prospector;<br />

El Burro; Student Ilondbouk:<br />

intramural activities; Student Union Building<br />

privileges; admissiun to the <strong>College</strong><br />

awim~ning pool. In addition, the fee helps<br />

support the following student activities:<br />

The Flowsheet. <strong>Texas</strong> <strong>Western</strong>'s yearbook;<br />

Co-Ed Association; Band: and the<br />

drbatc team.<br />

Refund of the fee will be made only<br />

under the same conditions as the Tuition<br />

and Registration fee.<br />
