1. At tho end of any semester a student<br />

the instructor and the proper Dean. When<br />
the grade of incompete is gtven at the<br />
end of the first semester. the work missed<br />
must be completed before grades are re-<br />
ported at the end of the second semester.<br />

Crade reports are mailed to parents and<br />
guardians in November and March and<br />
at the end of each semester. The mid-<br />
semester reports sent out in November and<br />
hlnrch do not becomc an olficial part of<br />
the student's record, but merely serve to<br />
inform the student and the parcnts of<br />
student's progress during the course of the<br />
semester. Stndcnts may receive copies of<br />
all grade reports at the Office of the Re-<br />
gistrar.<br />
