ITA 306 is known <strong>to</strong> be high tillering under conventional management<br />

practices, but under conventional management the ratio <strong>of</strong> panicle setting is<br />

lower than under SRI management practices (Table 15). Highest panicle<br />

setting ratio was recorded with cv ITA 306 at 20 cm spacing and at 30 cm<br />

spacing for cv IET 3137.<br />
