is an active developer <strong>of</strong> low-income housing, but has not targeted special needs,<br />
besides senior housing. Additional programs include:<br />
• HOME security deposit program for Section 8 recipients<br />
West Valley <strong>Housing</strong> Authority<br />

• The Interim <strong>Housing</strong> Program provides a cash assistance grant to help with<br />
one month’s rent or a security deposit<br />
• Family Self-Sufficiency program for Section 8 and public housing residents.<br />
Program helps families increase income, and funds an escrow account that is<br />
released at program completion<br />
• Homeownership programs include Individual Development Accounts, down<br />
payment assistance, low interest loans, and training<br />
