Programs: Lane County housing and services provider focusing on homeless and mentally ill<br />
populations. People are selected <strong>of</strong>f wait lists into programs that match their service<br />
needs, not necessarily in order <strong>of</strong> application. Programs include:<br />
• Shelter Plus Care vouchers for formerly homeless, administered with HACSA<br />
• Emergency Shelter and Support provides support and housing in community<br />
residential settings<br />
• Transitional <strong>Services</strong> provides ongoing staff support after families leave<br />
shelter for housing in the community<br />
• Homelessness Prevention provides small amounts <strong>of</strong> financial assistance<br />
coupled with one-on-one support and training<br />
• Crisis management and intensive care programs provide varying levels <strong>of</strong><br />
support and housing needed during a mental health crisis<br />
• Supported vocational services for individuals with mental illness<br />
