Bend and in Coos and Curry Counties.
Housing and Community Services Agency of Lane County (HACSA)

Programs: Provides 2,639 Section 8 vouchers, 708 public housing units, and more than 400
low-income housing units in Lane County. The Section 8 waiting list is currently
closed. Additional housing programs include:
• Free weatherization services to income-eligible home-owners and renters.
Seniors and persons with disabilities are targeted as first priority.
Linn-Benton Housing Authority

• Family Self-Sufficiency program for Section 8 and public housing residents.
Program helps families increase income, and funds an escrow account that is
released at program completion.
• HACSA receives Shelter Plus Care funding from the Continuum of Care, and
partners with ShelterCare to serve formerly homeless people.
