Programs: Affordable housing developer. St. Vincent has existing partnerships with <strong>HIV</strong><br />

Alliance Ryan White case managers. St. Vincent has a closed wait list system but<br />

accepts applications for brief windows in January, April, July, and October. Other<br />

programs include:<br />

• Second Chance renters’ rehabilitation program that links to 60 landlords for<br />

program graduates<br />

• Vet LIFT supported housing program for dually-diagnosed veterans<br />

• Vocational services<br />

• Overnight parking program<br />

• Social <strong>Services</strong> Office and emergency assistance
