Oregon HIV/AIDS Housing and Services Systems Integration Plan—Appendices A-35 Appendix 2: Stakeholder Survey Results This section includes a summary of a survey of housing and services providers administered by Building Changes as part of this systems integration planning process. The survey was distributed both to HIV/AIDS housing and services providers, and agencies that do not specifically target people living with HIV/AIDS. Building Changes distributed an electronic survey to a list of stakeholders identified by the Steering Committee. Thirty-two total respondents completed the survey, including 16 respondents that identified their agencies as having a primary focus on serving people living with HIV/AIDS, and 16 that did not. Seven respondents were from the Oregon Housing Opportunities in Partnership (OHOP) Region 1, seven from Region 2, eight from Region 3, eight from Region 4, and two from the Portland metropolitan area. Some questions were asked only of the HIV/AIDS providers, some were asked only of the providers that do not primarily focus on serving people living with HIV/AIDS, and some were asked of both groups.
