Description: Deletes a node object including the object directory and all COB identifiers used<br />
from this node from the internal database. Calling this function is only possible<br />
in node state NodeOfline.<br />
Return: 0 or an error code described in the appendix.<br />

Name: canOpenActivateNode() - activating <strong>CANopen</strong> node.<br />
Synopsis: int canOpenActivateNode<br />

Description: Prepares the slave node for establishing connections. New node state is<br />
PreOperational. Node- and lifegurading are active and accessing the object<br />
