len Umsetzung der geforderten
hohen Flexibilität der Einzelraumregelung
2011 den Auftrag zur Realisierung
der gesamtheitlichen
Gebäudeautomation und des
Gebäude managements.
Einbindung aller Gewerke
Um den hohen Anforderungen
gerecht zu werden, wurde ein
Konzept erstellt, welches die Integration
aller beteiligten Gewerke
vorsieht. Deutliche Kostensenkungen,Brandlastminimierungen
im Bereich der Verkabelung
und die maßgeb liche Erhöhung
der Versorgungssicherheit konnten
so erreicht werden. Die meisten
Gewerke und Anlagen wurden
durch dezentrale intelligente
Regelungskomponenten von der
GFR ergänzt und mit optimierten
BUS-Strukturen an die GFR BACnet Building
Controller (B-BC) vom Typ ems4.CP03B-BAC
angebunden. Der aktuelle GFR BACnet Building
Controller ems4.CP03B-BAC wurde in der Zertifizierungsstelle
erfolgreich getestet und mit Protocol
Rev. 1.7 BTL und WSPcert zertifiziert. Die
Automationsstation mit den integrierten Funktionen
zeichnet sich durch seine Eigenschaften in
den Bereichen verteilte Intelligenz, Kommunikationsmöglichkeiten,
Echtzeitverhalten und Störfestigkeit
aus.
In the course of expansion into an international
airport, Europe’s largest airport construction
site – the airport Berlin Brandenburg – is currently
being extended by an area measuring
970 hectares. The new airport will have a total
area of 1,470 hectares which equates to the
size of about 2,000 football pitches. The new
airport will be one of the biggest in Germany
as it will have peak capacities of 6,500 passengers
per hour and 27 million passengers
each year. The entire construction project did
not only include passenger terminals but also
multi-storey car parks, maintenance hangars
and administrative and technical buildings. In
addition, a so-called Airport City has been built
on an area of 16 hectares which is characterized
by office buildings, hotels, restaurants and
retail shops. The company Fay Projects from
Frankfurt built the Berlin Brandenburg Airport
Center (BBAC) in the direct vicinity to the passenger
terminal.
Flexible room control
The center includes office space for airlines and
companies for passenger processing and the
visitor center of the airport. By means of a central
transom, two courtyards were built which
function as a rest zone and eye-catcher. During
the construction of the big building with a
size of 19,000 m², the legal requirements in
accordance with EnEV 2009 were met in order
to comply with the aims of environmental protection
and particularly the reduction of CO 2 emissions.
In order not to exceed the primary energy
demand of Q P“=156 kWh / m 2 and in addition to
other energetic measures, a modern and highly
efficient closed-loop control for the primary
equipment of ventilation, heating and cooling
and the individual rooms is necessary. The quality
standard in the field of building automation
and building management bases on the international
BACnet standard DIN EN ISO 16484. GFR
mbH could beat the competition in the field of
building automation with its BACnet concept and
the conceptual implementation of the requested
high flexibility of individual room control and
AnwendungenSolutions
therefore won the contract for the implementation
of the entire building automation and building
management in November 2011.
Integration of all trades
In order to comply with the sophisticated
requirements, a concept for the integration of
all involved trades was created. By doing so,
considerable cost savings, a reduction of fire
loads in the field of cabling and a significantly
increasing security of supply were achieved.
Most trades and equipment were supplemented
by decentralized intelligent control components
of GFR and connected with optimized BUS
structures to the GFR BACnet Building Controller
(B-BC) of type ems4.CP03B-BAC. The latest
GFR BACnet Building Controller ems4.CP03B-
BAC was successfully tested in the certification
body and certified with Protocol Rev. 1.7 BTL
und WSPcert. The automation station with its
integrated functions stands out due to its features
in the areas of distributed intelligence,
communication capabilities, real-time behaviour
and interference immunity.
