Die INGA mbH aus Hameln präsentiert mit dem „intelli bms“<br />
die nächste Generation Gebäudemanagementsoftware.<br />
With its “intelli bms”, the Hameln-based company INGA mbH is<br />
presenting the next generation of building management software.<br />
Die Neuentwicklung basiert im Wesentlichen<br />
auf zwei Kernkomponenten: im Hintergrund<br />
sorgt der leistungsstarke Microsoft SQL Server<br />
2008 R2 für Performance und Skalierbarkeit,<br />
die Visualisierung und Bedienung erfolgen<br />
– gestützt durch einen Apache Tomcat Webserver<br />
– vollständig per Webbrowser. Das<br />
ermöglicht den Zugriff auf einen vollwertigen<br />
Bedienplatz über verschiedene Plattformen wie<br />
z.B. Windows, Linux, MAC und Android ohne<br />
Installation von Zusatzsoftware.<br />
ErweiterteGA Funktionen<br />
Als „ <strong>BACnet</strong> Advanced Operator Workstation“<br />
nach ISO 16484-5 ermöglicht das „intelli bms“<br />
erweiterte GA-Funktionen: der <strong>BACnet</strong> Desktop<br />
bietet eine Fülle an Werkzeugen an, u. a.<br />
einen integrierten <strong>BACnet</strong> Browser, Zugriff auf<br />
alle <strong>BACnet</strong>-Objekte, Anlegen und Löschen<br />
von Objekten sowie Managementfunktionen<br />

für <strong>BACnet</strong>-Geräte wie Backup & Restore. Das<br />
„intelli bms“ übertrifft damit die Anforderungen<br />
der Profile A und B der aktuellen AMEV 2011.<br />
IBSGateway<br />
Mittels Auslesen der <strong>BACnet</strong>-Geräte direkt<br />
im Automationsnetzwerk werden sehr schnell<br />
Informationspunkte generiert. Anlagenbilder<br />
werden als dynamische Vorlagen erzeugt, so<br />
können diese gleich mehreren ähnlichen Anlagen<br />
zugeordnet werden. Nicht vorhandene<br />
Elemente entfallen automatisch während der<br />
Anzeige. Das „intelli bms“ stellt neben <strong>BACnet</strong><br />
auch Schnittstellen für OPC (OPD DA3), Modbus<br />
und M-Bus zur Verfügung, weitere Schnittstellen<br />
sind in Vorbereitung. Zusätzliche native<br />
Treiber zur Anbindung einer Vielzahl an Steuerungs-<br />
und Bussystemen stehen per IBS-Gateway<br />
zur Verfügung.<br />

This newly developed product is essentially based<br />
upon two core components: in the background,<br />
the powerful Microsoft SQL server 2008 R2 is<br />
responsible for performance and scalability, while<br />
visualization and operation are realised in a fully<br />
web-based manner using a web browser – supported<br />
by an Apache Tomcat web server. This provides<br />
access to a powerful workstation on various<br />
platforms such as Windows, Linux, MAC or Android<br />
without having to install additional software.<br />
Expanded BA functions<br />
As a “ <strong>BACnet</strong> Advanced Operator Workstation”<br />
in accordance with ISO 16484-5, “intelli bms”<br />
allows for expanded BA functions: the <strong>BACnet</strong><br />
desktop provides a range of tools, including an<br />
integrated <strong>BACnet</strong> browser, access to all <strong>BACnet</strong><br />
objects, creating and deleting objects, and management<br />
functions for <strong>BACnet</strong> devices such<br />
as backup and restore. This means that “intelli<br />
bms” exceeds the requirements of the A and B<br />
profiles of the current AMEV 2011.<br />
IBS gateway<br />
Information points can be generated very quickly<br />
by reading data directly from <strong>BACnet</strong> devices on<br />
an automation network. Plant diagrams are generated<br />
as dynamic templates, meaning that they<br />
can be assigned to a number of similar plants<br />
at the same time. Elements that are not present<br />
are automatically omitted from the display.<br />
Alongside <strong>BACnet</strong>, “intelli bms” currently also<br />
has interfaces for OPC (OPD DA3), Modbus and<br />
M-bus, and further interfaces are in preparation.<br />
Additional native drivers for connecting numerous<br />
control systems and bus systems are available<br />
using the IBS gateway.<br />
