The BIG-EU presents the BACnet standard for Building Efficiency 2012.
Gebäudeplaner und Facility Manager treffen
sich am 17. Oktober in Hannover und am
24. Oktober in Köln zur GebäudeEffizienz. Eike
Hinck von der Gebäudewirtschaft der Stadt Köln
bringt das Thema auf den Punkt: „Die Gebäudeautomation
hat eine Schlüsselfunktion für
den Gebäudebetrieb.“ Die dauerhafte Überwachung
und Optimierung der Anlagen senkt die
Kosten für Instandsetzungen, Energieverbräuche
und Betrieb, sowohl bei Neubauten als auch
im Bestand. Die Gebäudeautomation verbindet
Komfort und Wirtschaftlichkeit, niedrige Lebenszykluskosten,
Flexibilität bei der Nutzung, gute
Vermietbarkeit und Wertbeständigkeit.

der eu.bac, berichtet in seiner Keynote, warum
die Sicht auf das Ganze so wichtig ist: Hier liegt
die Zukunft für einen energieeffizienten und nachhaltigen
Betrieb. Alle technischen Details zum
Systemaudit liefert eu.bac im zweiten Vortrag.

Insight Into Current Trends
BACnet­Interest­Group­Europe
System audits are an important element for
successful building automation. Two lectures
are devoted to the new eu.bac (European
Building Automation and Controls Association)
certification system. Dr. Peter Hug, CEO
of eu.bac reported, in his keynote speech,
“Why visibility is so important to the whole
thing: This is the future for an energy efficient
and sustainable operation.” All technical
details of the system audit will be delivered
by eu.bac in the second lecture. Participants
include four speakers from renowned manufacturers
of technical building equipment.
No longer opposites, the attractive but intelligent
architecture is becoming ever clearer.
Intelligent architecture is not only innovative
design, but also includes technical facets,
such as building technology and operating
aspects. Günter Carpus of Carpus+Partner
presents, “What can make integrally intelligent
architecture and how it stands in the
dialogue between culture and technology.”
