• <strong>Army</strong> installations that in addition to unit support also<br />
support RC demobilization (DEMOB), DEF and<br />
contingency expeditionary force (CEF) pre-mobilization<br />
training, and maintain equipment sets for RC units. As<br />
necessary during surge or exceptional levels of effort<br />
and support the post-mobilization training of RC DEF<br />
units. Can support ETC events where a Brigade Combat<br />
Team (BCT) or higher is resident on installation.<br />
