Who: <strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Stewart</strong>/HAAF Personnel.<br />
What: Strategic Planning Workshop during 11-14 October 2011<br />
at the <strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Stewart</strong> Education Center – BLDG #100.<br />
Purpose: This year's theme was "Taking it to the Next Level:<br />
Outcome Equals Success." Our programs are faced with greater<br />
demands and fewer funding sources. If our organization doesn't<br />
remain true to our mission we may lose sight of what is<br />
important. A key component of this year's Strategic Planning<br />
Workshop was a hard look at all aspects of customer outcomes.<br />
Summary: Key personnel were selected to participate p in the<br />
Strategic Planning Workshop because of involvement and<br />
knowledge of <strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Stewart</strong>/HAAF mission and strategic process;<br />
MOB Branch personnel attended to support the Line of Effort<br />
(LOE) 1.3. Workshop Expectations: Analyze the Installation<br />
Strategic Plan and the Installation Management Campaign Plan.<br />
Develop and incorporate meaningful Outcome Measures to<br />
gauge our success in meeting our customers' needs; and<br />
Prepared an out brief that included findings, recommendations<br />
and action plans.<br />
End State: More than ever we must challenge our self to<br />
