Total REFRAD: 73 Individual REFRAD Soldiers and 2,530 combined BCT DEMOB Soldiers for 1 st Quarter<br />

of FY 2011.<br />

Trend: FORSCOM standard was met for Released from Active<br />

Duty (REFRAD)/ Demobilization (DEMOB)<br />

1 st Quarter of FY 2011 timeframe.<br />

Analysis: In order to continually meet FORSCOM<br />

demobilization standards the Mobilization Branch will<br />

continue coordination of all required installationn directorates<br />

and the demobilizing brigades / units<br />

through monthly IPR’s, ROC Drills and VTC’s while emphasizing the importance of having required<br />

finance and personnel documentation at MOB Station 30 days prior to unit/BCT arrival<br />

based upon new<br />

guidance from First <strong>Army</strong> and IMCOM.<br />

Completed Action – 1. .3‐4.2%<br />

1.6‐3.1.6 ‐ Conduct monthly IPR’s and continue coordinationn for the 53 rd IBCT (FL) DEMOB<br />

1.6‐3.7 ‐ Maintain 31 Soldiers in the<br />

MOC by utilizing HRC tour announcements placed on AKO website<br />

in preparation for the 802 nd OD Co and 53 rd IBCT<br />

DEMOB<br />

1.6‐3.1.9 ‐ Change FORSCOM 5 day REFRAD model to 10‐14 days through coordination with IMCOMM and<br />
