Who: Mobilization Operation Center (MOC).<br />
What: Farewell to our MOC Sergeant Major.<br />
Purpose: Great endeavors to MOC Sergeant Major.<br />
Summary:<br />
‣ During the past 3 Years, MSG Goolsby served<br />
admirably as the MOC Sergeant Major.<br />
‣ Undeterred by high OPTEMPO of the MOC<br />
MSG Goolsby was directly involved with 2 MOB’s<br />
(56/41 IBCT’s) and 3 DEMOB’s (30 HBCT/48 &<br />
53 IBCT).<br />
End State: For exceptionally meritorious service<br />
while serving as the MOC Sergeant Major and for<br />
the U.S. <strong>Army</strong> 3 rd Infantry Division and Garrison<br />
Command at <strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Stewart</strong>/HAAF, GA. We will<br />
miss you!!!!!!!!
