Who: MOB Branch & MOC Personnel.<br />

What: REFRAD Desk & Action Officer Duties.<br />

Purpose: Job Shadowing or on- the-job training (OJT) to learn new skills<br />

and provide flexibility in managing ag g the workforce o to accomplish the mission.<br />

Summary:<br />

‣ Mr. Charles Crossley and Ms. Jasmine Fields are working in conjunction<br />

with SFC Burke, SFC Kimble, and SGT Dean upgrading their knowledge,<br />

skills, and abilities on the REFRAD process from both an administrative and<br />

Action Officer stand point. They are both actively engaged with the REFRAD<br />

desk as well as the Action Officer duties.<br />

‣ The critical tasks related to this training include administrative processing<br />

of REFRAD orders, Soldier out-processing and returning to home of record.<br />

End State: The best job training happens at work. It allows employees to<br />

gain comprehensive knowledge about what an employee who holds a<br />

particular job does in that job every day. Job shadowing or OJT provides a<br />

far richer experience than reading a job description.
