d. ISR 901/CLS 301 (Enclosure 5): Installation Status Reporting (ISR)<br />
9Ol/Common Level of Support (CLS) 301. The Mobilization Branch reports on six (6)<br />
measures: REFRAD Timeframe; CBS Timeframe; Billeting of Soldiers; Installation<br />
Mobilization Plan; and Validation of CBS and REFRAD Soldiers in DARTS.<br />
e. Annual INFOSEC Advice and Assistance Visit (Enclosure 6): The<br />
Mobilization Branch (Ms. Monica Perez) received a COMMENDABLE rating on the<br />
Annual Information Security (INFOSEC) Advice and Assistance Visit.<br />
f. Annual COMSEC Inspection (Enclosure 7): The Mobilization Branch (Ms.<br />
Monica Perez) received a Satisfactory Rating on the COMSEC Inspection with no<br />
discrepancies.<br />
g. MASS Casualty Tracking and Processing (Enclosure 8): DPTMS, DES, WINN<br />
ACH, and DHR personnel participated in the writing of a MASS Casualty SOP to provide<br />
guidance and local standard operating procedures for <strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Stewart</strong>IHAAF personnel who are<br />
assigned to operate the MASS Casualty Tracking and Processing within the Emergency<br />
Operating Center (EOC) at the Crisis Management Center (CMC) - BLDG #1237. This SOP<br />
covers the following areas:<br />
1 ) Phase I - Operational Assessment; Directorate Emergency Services (DES); Fire and<br />
Law Enforcement, and Emergency Medical Services (EMS).<br />
2) Phase I1 - Medical Confirmation; WINN <strong>Army</strong> Community Hospital (WINN ACH).<br />
3) Phase I11 - Next Of Kin (NOK) Notification; Directorate Human Recourses (DHR);<br />
Casualty Section.<br />
4) The CMC Casualty Coordinator will be able to brief the current Casualty status<br />
(Victirn/Casualty Tracker) to the Garrison Leadership.<br />
h. Annual Mobilization Brief (Enclosure 9): Provided a Mobilization<br />
Information Brief to the Installation Mobilization Planners on <strong>Fort</strong><br />
<strong>Stewart</strong>/HAAF/GGTC; FORSCOM MOB Workshop Summary and Way Ahead for <strong>Fort</strong><br />
<strong>Stewart</strong>/HAAF/GGTC. The Mobilization Information Briefing was in two phases:<br />
1) FORSCOM DARTSIMOB Workshop: 500-3 Series; Mobilization Force<br />
Generation Installations (MFGI); DARTS; 1A Mobilization Load; Requirements Based<br />
Demobilization Process (RBDP); CONUS Base Support (CBS) Regional Accession<br />
Sites; IMCOM Regions; and FORSCOM Website.<br />
2) <strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Stewart</strong>RIAAFIGGTC: MOBDEMOB Trend; Customer Satisfaction;<br />
Mobilization Station; Rating Status; Way Ahead for FY 12; and Leadership Point.<br />
3) End state was to keep the Installation Mobilization Planners informed from the<br />
FORSCOM Workshop, Way Ahead for <strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Stewart</strong>/HAAF/GGTC in the Mobilization<br />
Business, and continue to build partnerships throughout the Installation.
