Service: 901. Mobilization and Deployment Support (Intellicode# 901-02-02) FY 2010 Intellicode #: 901-03-20
Service Definition: Provide guidance and coordinate regional support for all aspects of Mobilization, Deployment, Redeployment, and Demobilization (MDRD) of Reserve Component (RC) units/individuals.
Collect and analyze information concerning infrastructure development, SRM (sustainment, revitalization, and maintenance) and Base Operations Support (BOS) activities affecting the MDRD mission.
Evaluate installation plans and operations, coordinating all regional staff actions relative to MDRD. Assess, evaluate, and coordinate support to soldiers at MDRD stations. Coordinate MDRD actions with
installations, IMCOM, CONUSA, and MACOMs. Conduct staff assistance visits to garrisons regarding MDRD issues. Coordinate assistance for the enhancement of soldier readiness processing (SRP).
Maintain situational awareness and prepare reports in support of mobilization and demobilization relative to Power Projection Platforms (PPPs) and Power Support Platforms (PSPs). Coordinate with
installations, analyze input, and prepare and submit a daily SITREP to all required customers.
Measure Description: Mobilizing Unit In-processing Center able to process all Soldiers within a unit within 72-96 hours of arrival.
