Analysis: In order to continually meet FORSCOM<br />

Demobilization (REFRAD) standards the<br />

MOC/Mobilization Branch will continue coordination of all required installation directorates and the<br />

demobilizing units through IPR’s, ROC Drills and VTC’s while emphasizing the importance of having<br />

required personnel manning “MOC<br />

Soldiers”.<br />
