Sustain, Support and Defend<br />
Who: DPTMS, DES, WINN ACH, and DHR personnel<br />
participated in the writing of a MASS Casualty SOP.<br />
What: Developed a SOP on how FSGA manage<br />
MASS Casualty Tracking and Processing.<br />
Purpose: To provide guidance for <strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Stewart</strong>/HAAF<br />
personnel who are assigned to operate MASS<br />
Casualty Tracking and Processing within the CMC.<br />
Summary:<br />
‣Phase I – First Responders; Fire, Police and EMS.<br />
Reports the number of Dead, Injured and Missing<br />
(DIM) on-site and transported off-site.<br />
‣Phase II – WINN <strong>Army</strong> Community Hospital (WINN<br />
ACH). Reports the number of Casualties and Victims;<br />
admitted, treated/released, and deceased. Plus,<br />
MEDEVAC to other medical facilities, i.e. Liberty<br />
Memorial, Savannah Memorial, etc…<br />
‣Phase III – Casualty Notifications; Casualty Section.<br />
Reports the number of Active, Active Guard/Reserve,<br />
DA Civilians; WINN ACH and Local Authorities will<br />
make notifications for Family Members, Civilians, and<br />
others as needed.<br />

End State: The CMC Casualty Coordinator will be<br />
able to brief the current Casualty status<br />
(Victim/Casualty Tracker) to the Garrison Leadership.
