MASS Casualty Tracking and Processing SOP

Who: DPTMS, DES, WINN ACH, and DHR personnel
participated in the writing of a MASS Casualty SOP.
What: Developed a SOP on how FSGA manage
MASS Casualty Tracking and Processing.
Purpose: To provide guidance for Fort Stewart/HAAF
personnel who are assigned to operate MASS
Casualty Tracking and Processing within the CMC.
Summary:
‣Phase I – First Responders; Fire, Police and EMS.
Reports the number of Dead, Injured and Missing
(DIM) on-site and transported off-site.
‣Phase II – WINN Army Community Hospital (WINN
ACH). Reports the number of Casualties and Victims;
admitted, treated/released, and deceased. Plus,
MEDEVAC to other medical facilities, i.e. Liberty
Memorial, Savannah Memorial, etc…
‣Phase III – Casualty Notifications; Casualty Section.
Reports the number of Active, Active Guard/Reserve,
DA Civilians; WINN ACH and Local Authorities will
make notifications for Family Members, Civilians, and
others as needed.

End State: The CMC Casualty Coordinator will be
able to brief the current Casualty status
(Victim/Casualty Tracker) to the Garrison Leadership.
