Purpose:. Provide a Mobilization Information Brief to the Installation<br />

Mobilization Planners on <strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Stewart</strong>/HAAF/GGTC; FORSCOM<br />

MOB Workshop Summary and Way Ahead for <strong>Fort</strong><br />

<strong>Stewart</strong>/HAAF/GGTC.<br />

Summary: The Mobilization Information Briefing was in two phases:<br />

‣FORSCOM DARTS/MOB Workshop: 500-3 Series; Mobilization<br />

Force Generation Installations (MFGI); DARTS; 1A Mobilization<br />

Load; Requirements Based Demobilization Process (RBDP);<br />

CONUS Base Support (CBS) Regional Accession Sites; IMCOM<br />

Regions; and FORSCOM Website.<br />

‣<strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Stewart</strong>/HAAF/GGTC: MOB/DEMOB Trend; Customer<br />

Satisfaction; Mobilization Station; Rating Status; Way Ahead for<br />

FY12; and Leadership Point.<br />

End State: Keep the Installation Mobilization Planners informed<br />

from the FORSCOM Workshop, Way Ahead for <strong>Fort</strong><br />

<strong>Stewart</strong>/HAAF/GGTC in the Mobilization Business, and continue to<br />

build partnerships throughout the Installation.
