Who: Mobilization Operations Center(MOC) personnel .<br />
What: Action Officer of the 4 th Quarter FY11.<br />
Purpose: Recognize the Action Officer of the Quarter with a<br />
Certificate of Appreciation (COA) .<br />
Summary:<br />
• SSG Mark A. Ratcliffe was selected as Action Officer of the Quarter<br />
for the 4 th Quarter FY 11 and presented with a Certificate of<br />
Appreciation.<br />
• Action Officer of the Quarter is determined by the number of positive<br />
comments received from the Mobilization Customer Survey cards<br />
filled out by Soldiers that processed through <strong>Fort</strong> <strong>Stewart</strong> for the<br />
purposes of DEMOB/MOB: 20 cards; 19 excellent and 1 good<br />
comments.<br />
• His excellent customer service contributed to the success of the<br />
Mobilization Team‘s rating of 100% Customer Satisfaction for the 4 th<br />
Quarter of FY11.<br />
End State: We strive to ensure excellent customer service is<br />
demonstrated within our organization as we work for our Soldiers and<br />
serve them with a “WOW” experience while exceeding their<br />
expectations!
