Service: 901. Mobilization and Deployment Support (Intellicode # 901-01-01) FY 2010 Intellicode #: 901-02-14<br />
Service Definition: Provide guidance and coordinate regional support for all aspects of Mobilization, Deployment, Redeployment, and Demobilization (MDRD) of Reserve Component (RC) units/individuals.<br />
Collect and analyze information concerning infrastructure development, SRM (sustainment, revitalization, and maintenance) and Base Operations Support (BOS) activities affecting the MDRD mission.<br />
Evaluate installation plans and operations, coordinating all regional staff actions relative to MDRD. Assess, evaluate, and coordinate support to soldiers at MDRD stations. Coordinate MDRD actions with<br />
installations, IMCOM, CONUSA, and MACOMs. Conduct staff assistance visits to garrisons regarding MDRD issues. Coordinate assistance for the enhancement of soldier readiness processing (SRP).<br />
Maintain situational awareness and prepare reports in support of mobilization and demobilization relative to Power Projection Platforms (PPPs) and Power Support Platforms (PSPs). Coordinate with<br />
installations, analyze input, and prepare and submit a daily SITREP to all required customers.<br />
Measure Description: Percentage of personnel demobilized within 7 days (not including holdovers).<br />
