3.4. Conclusion<br />

Based on discussion presented in this Chapter a brief comparison <strong>of</strong> control<br />

techniques for <strong>AC</strong>/<strong>DC</strong>/<strong>AC</strong> converter-fed IM dives is given in Tab. 3. 4.<br />

Among discussed control methods DTC-SVM <strong>and</strong> DPC-SVM seems to be most<br />

attractive for further consideration. Because these methods connect well known<br />

advantages <strong>of</strong> FOC <strong>and</strong> V-FOC with attractiveness <strong>of</strong> novel strategies such as<br />

hysteresis based DTC <strong>and</strong> DPC. Therefore, for further considerations a shorter name<br />

will be used for common control method <strong>of</strong> full controlled <strong>AC</strong>/<strong>DC</strong>/<strong>AC</strong> converter:<br />

<strong>Direct</strong> power <strong>and</strong> torque control with space vector modulation – DPTC-SVM.<br />
