Economic and financial transactions with Calcestruzzi group companies are treated as transactions with related
parties.
Receivables and payables in respect of the parent company Italmobiliare S.p.A. mainly refer to the effects of
the tax consolidation and to the convertible debenture issued by BravoSolution S.p.A., underwritten for a
nominal value of 611,554 thousand euro. In 2010 finance income and costs with respect to the parent company
included the capital gain and the capital loss on the sale of the equity investments in Mediobanca for 18.6
million euro and in RCS Mediagroup for -0.2 million euro.
