Create and Save Scripts<br />

Note: Starting in <strong>JMP</strong> 10, the Script window is non-modal, meaning that you can access other windows<br />

and perform other operations while you are in the Script window.<br />

To automatically complete various analyses and tasks, you can create a JSL script and save it to the data<br />

table. See Figure 4.15. For detailed explanations of scripts, see the Scripting Guide.<br />

Save a Report Script to a Data Table<br />

Once you have run an analysis and you are in the report window, you can add a script to the data table. This<br />

script generates the JSL that reproduces your analysis.<br />

To save a script to the data table:<br />

• From the report window, click on the red triangle menu for the platform and select Script > Save<br />

Script to Data Table.
