<strong>JMP</strong> Home Window<br />

Note: The <strong>JMP</strong> Home Window is applicable only on Windows. It is the default window when you open<br />

<strong>JMP</strong>. On Macintosh, the <strong>JMP</strong> Starter appears. See “<strong>JMP</strong> Starter Window” on page 31.<br />

The <strong>JMP</strong> Home Window is divided into the following panels:<br />

• Recent Files: Shows recently opened files. See “Recent Files” on page 30.<br />

• Window List: Shows open <strong>JMP</strong> windows. See “Window List” on page 30.<br />

• Recent Help: Shows recently opened Help topics. Click on a topic to open it.<br />

• Projects: Shows open <strong>JMP</strong> projects. See “Projects” on page 31.<br />

Tip: If you close a panel and want to reopen it, select View > Home Window Panes and select the panel<br />

that you want to open.<br />

To open the Home Window, select View > Home Window or click the <strong>JMP</strong> Home Window button in<br />

the lower right corner of most <strong>JMP</strong> windows. If you cannot see the <strong>JMP</strong> Home Window button, select<br />

View > Status Bars.
