Design:

shockproof PC cover of a hemispherical
shape (“Sandwich Design”). Glass types

Advantages of the "Sandwich"-design:
• additional PC cover reliably avoids glass splinters from falling down (shatter protection)
• PC cover with UV protection paint finish or special paint finish for protection against aggressive cleaning
agents and desinfectants (available upon request)
• special lamps with burst protection not required
• retrofit possible
• fulfills the requirements of IFS (International Food Standard) of light fittings to be installed in risky
areas of the food production and its processing
• VDE and FSA certificates confirm that the requirements of the IFS as well as of the food hygiene standards
are fulfilled
