Light distribution: LED integrated optic
bi-directional (B) or symmetrical (R) and
anodized pure aluminium ring reflector.
Advantages of the LED version:
• pole distances up to 30/32m (LPH 5m), with an illumination that complies with the standards of illumination
class S5 (version … LED/B)
• up to 78/68% energy saving per km and year in comparison with an 80W hpmv lamp / 70W hpsv
lamp (version … LED/B)
• optimal light distribution via the LED integrated optics (Batwing characteristics)
• absolutely equal illumination by the “Multi-Layer” principle i.e. every individual LED illuminates
the total area, the light curves of the individual LED are overlapping. Any failure of a particular
single LED will not create any dark zone in the road. The uniformity of the illumination is kept.
• ECG with high over-voltage protection especially for application in outdoor areas
• fail-safe due to overheating and failure protection due to the individual fusing of each LED. (no
black out in case of a failure of any single LED).
• eco-friendly, no light pollution in the upper space (“Dark-Sky” requirements are fulfilled)
• future orientated with an easily interchangeable gear-tray system (modular concept)
