Reflector Pendant Light Fittings with
High Degree of Protection IP65 and Insulation Class II
Series 3521 - 3551...
Application:
In humid and dusty factories with rough
environmental conditions such as steel
works, building material factories, and
other heavy industries.
Design:
Upper part: Two-piece glass fibre reinforced
polyester housing. All electrical components
are mounted inside and ready
for connection.
Reflector: Axially symmetrical, anodized
mirror finish pure aluminium with prismatic
facet structure (Series 3521/351...)
or plain (Series 3531/3532...).
Safety glass: With frame, hinged and detachable.
Cable entry: 1 grommet for cable up to
Ø 17mm.
Electrical connection: Simple and quick
due to tool-free hinged upper enclosure
part. Terminal block 3 x 2.5mm². PVC insulated
cables may be used.
Mounting: 2 mounting brackets with
holes Ø 9mm..
Ambient temperature: +30°C max.
Note:
For application under increased requirements
of noise emissions you should order light fittings
with low-noise control gears and ignitors or
with ECG.
Technical data:
SCHUCH Quality - your advantage:
• Robust, chemical resistant polyester housing for applications in most rough
environmental conditions.
• 5 mm thick toughened safety glass with supporting frame
• • Uncompromisingly safe
- high quality insulation class II design
- long term insulation class II due to polyester housing
- dust and water jet proof due to high ingress protection IP65
• Uncompromisingly economic
- facet reflector optimized for an application of tubular
high pressure lamps of high light output. In comparison with a hpmv lamp:
- up to 33% less light fittings i.e. lower energy costs and less capital investment when applying
an HIT lamp with the same luminous intensity
- up to 50% less light fittings i.e. lower energy costs and less capital investment when applying an
HCI-TT lamp (ceramic burner lamp) with the same luminous intensity
• installation and maintenance friendly
- tool-free opening hinged and removable cover, directly accessible connection chamber
- tool-free opening hinged and removable safety glass, quick lamp replacement
Insulation class II -
Safety !
Advantages of the version for energy saving ceramic burner lamps PHILIPS MASTER
COLOUR ELITE compared to quartz burner lamp systems:
3521/41... CE EVG
• up to 25% energy cost saving by reduced connection power
• further 40% energy cost saving in the dimming operation with 50% luminous flux
• 66% maintenance cost saving by three times longer period of application of the ELITE lamp
• additionally improved operating efficiency of the luminaire by compact burner shape and mechanically
precise lamp holder system
Energy cost saving
by application of the facet reflector with quartz or ceramic burner lamps
