Application:
Hazardous areas of zones 2 and 22. Inspection
light fitting for metallic surfaces
in painting halls, paint-spray lines and
spray booths.
Design:
Housing: Sheet steel, satin black powder
coated (RAL 9005) or traffic white (RAL
9016) in case of types RA.
Cover: Safety glass without frame, hinged.
Reflector: Sheet steel, satin black, removable
or parabolic mirror louvre in case of
types RA.
Central locking system: Hexagon socket,
wrench size 5mm, internal hinges on the
• robust and chemically resistant for application in rough industrial conditions:
- housing made from powder coated sheet steel (or powder coated stainless steel)
- safety glass without frame
- solid central locking system with internal aluminium hinges
• reliable and fail-safe due to Ex-ECG with „end-of-life switch-off system“ i.e.
oppsite side.
Wiring: ECG
Connection terminal: Standard: L1 + N +
PE, clamping range 2.5mm² max.
Cable entry: 3 x M25 x 1.5 (2 cable
glands, 1 of them with plug and 1 screw
plug), prepared for 3-core cable looping
on one side.
Mounting position: Lighting downward
or forward
Mounting: By eye bolts (H8V P) or ceiling
brackets (15A P).
