7. Select Export and save the user data in a directory of your choice.
You can copy this file to another controller, select User list Import in
the system controller Administration program, and add these users to
users that have been identified for the target controller. If a user name
exists, the defined attributes in the imported file are used in place of
attributes that exist.
8. Close the system controller Administration program.
9. Restart (or start) the system controller software for all changes to take
effect.
Log In
If the system controller Production Tracking option is enabled and the
user list is enabled, you must log in when the controller starts the
software.
1. Select one of the bullets to open the User dialog.
• As part of starting the controller software, the User dialog opens
automatically.
• After startup, select User in the function bar.
NOTE
If another user is logged in, that person is automatically logged out. Only
one user at a time can be logged in.
2. Select a name or group from the list, and select Login.
3. If necessary, enter your password and select OK.
