Therefore the most effective way of using them would be composting them with nutrient-rich and microbiologically active ingredients. In this sense, animal manure is a very suitable material. Research has found that fertilization with compost made from manure, 80%, and deluvial soil, 20%, on moderately eroded ordinary chernozem led to a significant increase in the humus content (Table 4).
