Generalized Cost measures the main components
of transit trips.
There are three broad components of transit trips:
Time (Walk (non-transit), Wait, and In-Vehicle)
Inconvenience (Boardings and Transfers)
Cost (Fare)
Generalized Cost is usually a linear function of the
components, weighted by coefficients.
