Resident Organization of Lapham Park PURPOSE: To represent the interests of the residents of Lapham Park in matters that affects them. MEMBERS: All residents of Lapham Park, who elect a president and other officers according to their bylaws. FUNCTIONS as the Resident Organization relates to the Lapham Park Venture: ■ Represents the residents of Lapham Park ■ Communicates Venture initiatives and other matters of the Venture to the LP residents ■ Keeps Venture informed of internal factors that may affect the Venture ■ Keeps Venture informed of RO activities COMMITTEE MEMBERS: ■ RO President and one other RO representative attend all Steering Committee meetings ■ The president or his/her designee attends all Venture Operations Committee meetings ■ Each organization representative uses report format to report for their organization at committee meetings ■ Gives Venture update report at all RO meetings ■ The president/designee keeps Venture Operations Committee informed of major RO sponsored events/activates ■ The president/designee brings resident concerns regarding venture activities to the Operations Committee ■ The president/designee participates in solution finding with other Operations Committee members. 158 Powering the Future: High-Performance Partnerships
