homes with panoramic elevators that are also directly<br />

connected to <strong>the</strong> two underground garage-storeys,<br />

and along with <strong>the</strong> environment, horticultural decoration<br />

will also be applied on <strong>the</strong> sections of <strong>the</strong> roofs and<br />

terraces, which will make <strong>the</strong>m ano<strong>the</strong>r pleasant place<br />

to spend your time outdoors. As far as <strong>the</strong> applied materials<br />

go, “The Doors of Split” object will be adjusted<br />

to <strong>the</strong> most modern demands of <strong>the</strong> profession, and<br />

will feature solid construction work, top-notch isolation<br />

materials, quality equipment built into <strong>the</strong> interiors and<br />

professional performance that will completely obey <strong>the</strong><br />

latest, very strict Croatian construction regulations. The<br />

end of <strong>the</strong> construction process is planned for <strong>the</strong> spring<br />

of 2009.<br />

<strong>DalCasa</strong>’s buildings will be placed on a mild slope that<br />

surrounding roads. It’s also important to mention <strong>the</strong> announcement<br />

that <strong>the</strong> nor<strong>the</strong>rn road near “The Doors of<br />

Split” will soon be widened to four traffic lanes, which<br />

would put an end to its “narrow throat of <strong>the</strong> city” reputation.<br />

Along with <strong>the</strong> attractive “The Doors of Split”, <strong>DalCasa</strong><br />

Group’s newest project predicts <strong>the</strong> construction<br />

of 30 traditional stone villas that are aimed at families<br />

that want some peace and rest from <strong>the</strong> urban everyday<br />

life. Each of <strong>the</strong> houses will be built on a parcel<br />

of around 700 square metres, and will feature a green<br />

courtyard, swimming pool and a parking space, while<br />

<strong>the</strong> object itself will take up about 150 square metres. It<br />

will be located in Rudine above Kaštela, and will feature<br />

a fantastic view over <strong>the</strong> sea, which makes it ideal for<br />

this type of living. The villas be built on 25 000 square metres<br />

of turf, which will enable each of <strong>the</strong> future owners<br />

to have <strong>the</strong>ir complete intimacy and privacy.<br />

What is common to all plans of The <strong>DalCasa</strong> Group is<br />
